Hi, any one to help? I read and tried all hints found in community - did not work for me. Constantly fail on step 3 with error message 39-513. I tried from smathigns app and also via google home.

Setup the U200 with the Aqara Home App and install firmware updates.
Assuming you have a smartthings hub v3 or aeotec hub, in ST app, add, add device, partner services, aqara, door lock, smart lock u200, scan qr, remove battery, replace battery, press set button, follow instructions.
Alternatively add u200 to another matter ecosystem and create a sharing code to use instead of scan qr code.

I have only ST hub build into TV and Google home nest hub 2 and aqara M3 hubs

What is happening in 3rd step? What is the rootcause? Hub built in TV or lock or phone used for pairing?

Usual questions:
- which brand/model phone do you have?
- Is the tv connected by Ethernet cable or WiFi?
- Have you been able to add any Matter over Thread devices or is this lock your first one?
- If the TV is connected by WiFi - is both the phone and tv connected to the same 2.4 ghz SSID?
- If tv is connected by Ethernet cable - are the phone and tv on the same subnet? And phone on 2.4 ghz SSID?
- Were you able to add the lock to the Aqara app?
