Impossible to add aqara fp2 to SmartThings device. Device connected to SmartThing hub but won’t add device did everything the post said to add device no problem with alexa device add device but SmartThings nothing ever works it’s funny Google home alexa no problem SmartThing won’t detect devices connected directly to SmartThing hub but their competitors add it directly

Firmware version of the hub? Have you reached out to custtomer support to let them investigate. From all your other posts, it appears you have issues with everything you attempt to add.

My hub also they said I never claim my hub but I’m on SmartThings since 2018 and use SmartThing ide to install devices after they remove ide and replace it with the new version with matter and driver since then almost all my devices are connected to alexa because samsung as lots of devices and matter devices when you install them always say account link but 0 devices the only thing samsung connected to samsung is tv speaker and multi sensor and caza smart plugs the rest event if samsung saying it’s compatible it almost never works they are killing smart home make your hub useless

Until you get the firmware issue resolved, you going to have problems? Perhaps there is more going in that we can’t see.
