Did it get the correct device type when you connected it? I’ve got some of the new GE Enbrighten Zigbee 3.0 switches and dimmers. Some of them joined as “Thing” instead of the correct device type. Had to fix it using the IDE before the device would work.

Yes, it found “Thing”, which device type did you change it to? I only see “Thing”. Did you change anything else? Thank you

My devices were either switches or dimmers, can’t recall which had issues. I changed them to the correct device type. You need to make the device type change using the SmartThings IDE website, not the app. https://account.smartthings.com/login
