Door open sensor checked when leaving

Hi Guys,

I have a brand new starter kit. I have the open/close door sensor working great and the presence sensor. What I want to do is when I leave the house by the front door, it checks if the back door sensor is open and notifies me. If it is closed then no action.

Try this app - Or if you are using SHM it will notify you if you system changes to away and a security contact is open

Is my home secure?

I’m not sure, but you can use this app to find out. This app monitors your doors, windows, and locks after mode changes, certain time of day, or on a schedule(vacation mode). Can also lock doors if they are found to be unlocked on that mode change. When push notifications are pushed is also customize-able, as is if you want a SMS, Push, or both.
