Door Lock Guest Codes set and unset by some one/thing else (Feb 2023 and July 2023)

This feature is no longer working on my app. It does not give me the ability to add or delete codes on my lock anymore. I can still lock and unlock it from my phone and the codes that were previously added are still working.

Same here. Multiple devices not working and I can’t add any new lock codes. Also use for short term rental so this is a pain! I still have the smart lock guest access screen but it is useless. Locks icon at the top no longer has a drop down to add codes, and clicking on locks doesn’t do anything. It only displays lock status. From the favorites screen I can lock all but that is it. No ability to unlock or add codes. Yale locks Just happened today. Clicked on smart lock guest access and it did an update before loading. When the screen opened I no longer had ability to lock/unlock/ add codes Tried my husband’s phone, same update, same issue. Both android phones

I live in Canada and my driver just updated yesterday (Nov 22,2023). I can no longer change lock codes using SLGA . There is no “arrow” to get into the lock codes area. Pretty disappointed with Samsung/Schlage. I am able to get into the advanced web access and change codes there. I stumbled across the link on the Rboy webpage. https://my.smartthings.com/advanced It’s very cumbersome, no way my wife will be able to manage our rental unit using that interface. Also, I tried unlocking/locking a lock and I got “Unknown” status for over 12hours. I just checked again and it says “locked” now. I guess I’ll a factory reset when I get there next week? Any other ideas or why that might happen? Just wanted to thank everyone on these forums for all the information, Samsung sure doesn’t provide …
