Does anyone know how can I remove my brand from SmartThings App？I want to develop a new schema instead.

When I want to delete my published SmartThings schema, The System tell “Projects which have been requested to be published cannot be removed”.

Hi, @Zoe98!
Please send an email to build@smartthings.com. It’s preferable if the admin of your organization sends it mentioning that you want to remove the published Schema and provide the following info:

  • Organization name and MNID
  • Schema App ID - Located in the Developer Workspace at Develop > Cloud Connector (eg. `viper_xxx-xxx-xxx)
  • Project ID - Located in the Developer Workspace URL when you’re inside the project. For example:
    https://smartthings.developer.samsung.com/workspace/projects/CPT-PARTNER/{projectID}/...

Hi Nayelyz, Can I restore it after I delete it? I might switch back to the old schema later.

Mmm…what would you like to change from the current ST Schema connector? If it’s only to point to a different cloud (URL), the team can make that change for you, and if you want to go back to the original you can request that too…
That would be easier than changing a lot of internal properties related to that project so it doesn’t appear in the catalog.
