I am experiencing an issue where changes made to Schema Apps in the SmartThings Developer Workspace are not reflected in the “My Testing Devices” list within the SmartThings mobile app.
Specifically:

When I register a new Schema App, it does not appear in the My Testing Devices list.

When I change the name of an existing Schema App, the updated name is not reflected in the mobile app.

When I delete a Schema App, the deleted app still remains visible in the list.

If I select a deleted app from the list, I receive the following error message:
“A network or server error has occurred. Please try again later.”
I have already tried the following steps:

Removing all connected services from the SmartThings mobile app

Logging out and logging back into the SmartThings account

Clearing app cache / reinstalling the mobile app

Waiting for synchronization (over several weeks)
However, the issue still persists.
Is there any way to force synchronization between Schema Apps in the SmartThings Developer Workspace and the My Testing Devices list in the SmartThings mobile app?
Or is there an additional step required after creating, modifying, or deleting a Schema App?
