Unable to submit a new ST-Schema release request

We can’t ask for SmartThings schema publish request after I cancelled the old request.

Does anyone encounter this problem like me? as shown in the picture.

This problem has bothered me for a long time and there is no method to solve. Does any partner have any good solutions?

As we need some particular information for this case, please send an email to build@smartthings.com and provide the following:

  • Organization MNID
  • If you’re still able to see it, the Certification ID of your Publish Request
