Disable GE/JASCO Smart Dimmer 14294

Hello. I have a bunch of GE/JASCO 14294 that I got for pretty cheap when they were on sale at Lowes. I wanted to see if there was a way to disable the dimming function on these through code or if there was a way to have it default to 100% brightness every time the switch was pressed?

You can use smart lighting and set level to 100% when turn on.

I setup my dimmers to use this custom device handler. This makes the dimmers turn on to full brightness almost instantly and same with turning them off.
