I have weird issue, my kitchen turns on every evening at sunset. I never set this automation up and I have no idea what could be causing it. I turned off home assistant, and all my apps I believe. Is there a way to tell what is controlling it? My.smartthings I see that it turns on everyday but I would be great to see the source of this. Thanks
Are you using Alexa as part of your home automation? Only it has something called Hunches that allows it to spot things you do frequently and offer to do them for you if it thinks you have forgotten. Unfortunately it may also ask you if you want it to do it regularly and if you aren’t really paying attention you can end up with a routine being created for you. Or something like that. The point being that it has sufficient form for this sort of thing on the forum for it to be the first thing to consider.

Agree, that’s the first thing I think of. We’ve also seen where Routines are hidden in the mobile app if the device is deselected in the “Devices to use” dialog. Those hidden Routines would still run, however.
I would also check the General History from Menu->History->Filter to see if there is a Routine that is running that could be turning the device on.
