Devices not responding

I’m hoping y’all can help me! I have a number of devices that will no longer respond to Smartthings. 3 of them are toggle light switches. 1 is an open/close sensor, and 1 is a garage door sensor.

I’ve tried a number of things including trying to repair the z-wave network and deleting the device and trying to re-add it.

When I delete the device (or initially replacing it) Smartthings will not recognize the switch as a device.

When I repair the z-wave network, I get this…

I’ve emailed support twice about this issue and have yet to hear back from them.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!

Try a hard reboot of the hub… remove the batteries and power supply.

After a hard reboot sometimes I have to do a repair 3 times in a row before I get a repair with no errors.
