This forum was set up a number of years ago so that users could help other users with the smartthings home automation platform.
since that time, several Samsung apps were combined so that now the smartthings app is also used for the Samsung televisions and appliances. But this particular forum doesn’t have any Samsung employees in it except for a developers section.
However, there is an official Samsung forum, which is monitored by Samsung employees, particularly for appliance and television questions. So that would probably be the best place to post a comment of this type. They might just send you back over here if they think it’s a question about the app, but it’s worth a try.
