This forum was set up a number of years ago so that customers could help other customers with the SmartThings platform with troubleshooting and project feedback. It’s not officially monitored, except for the usual moderation issues like spam and harassment.
To make suggestions that will reach actual Samsung staff, your best bet is to post a review of the app in the App Store with your feedback or post something on the public facing spaces like their Facebook page or Twitter/X feed.
