remember that most of these will only work with the dual logo SmartThings/ADT model of the hub. They will not work with any other model of the smartthings hub or and other ADT hub because they use a special frequency, and only the SmartThings/ADT panel model has that radio. . So don’t grab these just because they’re cheap unless you have that model hub or you won’t be able to use them.

support has been telling individual customers that these devices are no longer being manufactured, although there hasn’t been an official announcement yet. But you can see that some places have them for 3 to 4 times with the original list price was, while other places have them at under $15. So they definitely look like EOL devices.

personally, I would recommend only buying these from places with a good returns policy, and test them as soon as you get them to make sure they are working.

Looking for a few more door/window sensors, but even eBay comes up blank. I picked up several motion sensors from Amazon last month.
