Dead SmartTag 2 (and lack of Samsung support)

I’ve got 2 SmartTag 2 devices purchase last May. One is completely dead. I’ve change the battery, gone through the trouble shooting twice (once while on Chat) including the rest procedure, and it’s just totally dead. It’s doesn’t beep, it’s not visible in SmartThings. (the second tag works fine) I can’t find any other way to get support. The request repair site says my model # (from the box) isn’t valid, and Contact Us just hangs forever. It’s less than a year old! How do I get Samsung’s attention to fix or replace this junk?

For Samsung products, it is probably better to use their support rather than using Contact us in the ST app.

Thank you, but I tried using the first link above and got lost in hundreds of pages of garbage that weren’t remotely relevant. I tried the second link, and the page never finished loading.

Try disabling any browser extensions for ad and malware.
