My Cree Lighting bulbs were working just fine, but then all of a sudden stopped. I went the route of removing them all from SmartThings, then removing the integration. Now when I add it back, none of the bulbs come back. However, they all appear in the Cree Lighting app and work 100% from that app. Did something change?
we recently had a similar problem with osram/sylvania lights. i had to contact support and put my foot down and rattle some chain to get the attention needed to get it fixed. so yo might want to contact support and be firm.
