Cree connected bulb configured in Mobile app but no control

I installed, connected and configured a Cree connected bulb how ever it does not respond to power on power off or dim functions from the mobile app. Any ideas what I am missing?

If I remember correctly, I had to email support before to get this working. Something had to be updated in the hub. Let me search for it and see if that’s the same one I’m thinking about.

See if this two threads will confirm that you need updated firmware (this was back in Mar).
