Well done Samsung. You have probably just alienated all of the people who have bought in with the sudden price drops the last week. @Blair_Pollard stick with it. The Samsung customer service is pants but it is made up by the many helpful volunteers in this community.
When it works it works brilliant and most of the time it does but as Samsung seems to be switching things for the new app which I believe is likely to be pants there seems to be problems.
