Connecting Honeywell Lyric to ST

Unless you’ve filed a case, I don’t think you’ll be automatically notified. I’d recommend emailing support because the more people filing cases on this, the more demand it puts on the issue. Here’s that info for convenience:

I have had continued issues as well. Seems to register within ST but no status updates or control. Working just fine within the lyric app. I have emailed support.

Any update? I just bought these thermostats to integrate with ST

I filled a ticket with ST two days ago they are aware of the issue with no data transfer, but don’t have a solution on know when one will be available.
