Connect register smartthings hub v1 in new app

Hi I need help with the smartthings new app, I did many things and I Couldn’t registered my smartthings hub v1 so I deleted my Samsung account and started from cero creating a new one.

Now when I want to register my code in the new app it says that the code is previously ingresed. I think that this happened because my hub is still registered to the previous account so my question is how I add my previously register hub to the new app? Thank everyone for any help because now I can’t use anything from smartthings :sob:

Call support and they will help reset it and give you the code.
