Completely useless today

Still broken for me too thought things had been fixed but I cant get any of my Hue Bulbs to work.

still not working with Hue this morning…

Not sure where this “fix” stands- I still have many issues. I have 2 locations- 2 hubs. These last few days, both have the same problems- door not opening upon arrival, Lights not turning on or off at the set times, random unlocking of doors, logouts of the app. I also don’t understand why basic functions haven’t been restored- ie- a simple notification when my doors are locked or unlocked. Lights have that, outlets have that, motion has that…etc. It has to be a simple fix!! Whew…

Unexplainable, unpredictable, Russian roulette lighting at my house.

I am still having issues with mine. Will we be needing to do a reboot with the hub so that we will be able to control things and have the hub work as normal again after that or what?

im waiting for someone to tell us we have to reset the hub and start over from scratch…

you have to reset the hub and start over from scratch :smiling_imp:

Mine just updated and seems to be working without a reboot.
Have to use it for a while to see if things are really working better than before.

This is starting to get ridiculous. It’s been 48 hours since anything has worked right.

Look kids, Big Ben…Parliament…

Another day, still not working

People think we will have autonomous cars in a few years, but we cant get a simple lightbulb to turn on today. I love how SmartThings let’s us know about the firmware update and then there is a database update coming, but they don’t get on here to let us know an ETA of this issue.

Everything in my house stopped working at 7:30 this morning. I know exactly what time because I went downstairs which triggered some lights on. They’re still on, and they should have turned off 5 minutes after I came back upstairs (a minute after I went down I came back up). Other motion triggered lights aren’t working, I can’t even turn the lights on with the app. The garage door sensor removed itself from my items list this morning as well.

On the bright side, deleting my event history will be easy.

I had to reboot the hub, but even that did not fix everything. Some of my smartlighting things did not fire and and turn on. I had to go into the smartapps and noticed some were missing info. others where not. The ones missing information, when I pressed the options they showed the correct things and then I saved and backed out and then they displayed corrected and started working.
