Classic phone App lost all connections while Tablet is OK

I used Classic on phone and tablet for years without problems.

The phone no longer shows any connections. When I try to connect to my one hub it won’t do it. I have deleted and reinstalled the phone app, but no difference.

If I go to the new Samsung network login (from my PC browser) and look at locations there appears to be two. One as expected called ‘home’ with my devices. Another called ‘home’ which is unconfigured. I tried deleting the unconfigured one and got an error message. Is this a problem?

Any help welcome! I don’t want to reset everything because then I might lose the tablet connection which is working fine.
