Hi all, I’ve inherited my wife’s S21 ultra after she has moved to a pixel phone. I logged in to my Samsung account and tried to add the smart tag to smart things and it came up with the error that it is already added to somebody else’s smart things app. I’ve logged back in to my wife’s Samsung account on smart things, but the smart tag doesn’t come up under her devices or her registered devices on her profile. No one else has owned this tag either, I bought it for her when she first got the phone. Has anyone got any idea if there’s a way to unlink it even though it isn’t appearing on smart things? I’ve also tried resetting it by holding the button and installing the battery, but the same error appears. Thank you.
