Hi I’m not able to register my hub in the smart things app, the barcode wont scan and when you try to find it I cab start the setup but once I assign it a name and password and press next - an error message shows up. I have attached the error message. Please help!!!
I’m sure that’s very frustrating.
There are a few different things that can cause this issue.
What model number is the hub (it should be on a label on the underside)?
What country are you in?
Did you buy the hub new or used?

Bought it used from a friend and he removed it from his account based on the steps that Samsung suggested online.
Bought in Canada
I have Samsung smart hub, these steps are not applicable to this. It won’t connect offline and online its showing the above message. Even though i have the red and green lights and everything in order.
Try a factory reset in it if you haven’t already.
Tried that, didn’t work
Just buy an Aeotec.
