Can't get V3 Hub to Activate

I just got a V3 hub and I’m trying to add it to my network. I actually got it to connect once, but it couldn’t add devices. Then, when I tried to delete it, I blew away my existing setup (V1 hub) in the process.
Now, I can’t get the new hub to rejoin my app. It just fails during the registration process.
Any ideas?

Now I’m having trouble discovering and adding my devices back. What fun!

You will need to perform a general device exclusion on any z-wave devices and reset any zigbee devices.
