Can't get app to recognize SmartThings hub

Hi all - I have a SmartThings hub (IM6001-V3P01). I can see the hub as a connected device on my router, but the phone app is not detecting the hub. I also have routines that were set up with my previous phone that run as expected, so the hub itself seems to be functioning otherwise.

I’ve unplugged and restarted the hub, I don’t get the red and green blinking light I should expect. It blinks blue for a bit, then goes solid green. I was hoping not to factory reset the hub if possible so I don’t have to set up the routines again, but I’d appreciate any suggestions you have. Thanks!

Does your hub show in the [Advanced Web App](SmartThings. Add a little smartness to your things.?

If android, have you tried clearing the app cache? Or signing out and signing in? Checked for multiple locations?

It did show in the web app. No luck with clearing the cache or signing out/in to the app, but I tried reinstalling it and that got it. Thanks for the ideas!
