Can't Create Routines in SmartThings Classic

I was having issues deleting a routine and discovered how to delete it in api.
In the process, I went ahead and deleted most of the smart apps in there.
Apparently, that was a bad idea.
I reopened the smartthings classic app to create new routines, and I get an error message telling me that I can’t create routines! What do I needto do to fix this!

Is your geolocation set for the hub?

I believe so, I have coordinates for my “home” stored and I can see my geo fence on a map.

Login to IDE at https://account.smartthngs.com and check that your time zone and sunset/sunrise are correct. And check that your region is correct. Most likely not the cause of your issue but worth checking. If they are correct, contact ST support at https://support.smartthings.com and report your inability to create routines.

Yes, that’s all correct. I did contact them waiting to hear back still. I was hoping someone would know what I messed up and how to fix.
