Can't Connect New Devices

I don’t believe you will be able to switch in the Advanced Web App either for the Edge driver but you can try.

You may want to try removing and reinstalling the device(s) to check if it driver is picked up or allows you to switch the driver if it isn’t picked up when you pair. If either does not solve the problem… check if the fingerprint of the device matches what is available in the custom Edge drivers. You can find the finderprints in AWA or API Browser +. Not sure if those GE/Jasco Edge drivers are still being actively supported by the developer.

if still unsuccessful: post the brand/model/fingerprint info and hopefully other community can offer assistance for them.
