Can't add Smartwings Nowa Levitate Cellular Shades

I recently purchased a SmartWings Motorized Blackout Levitate Nowa Cellular Shade with z-wave motor. These are top-down/bottom-up shades. I received and installed it yesterday. It works fine with the SmartWings remote. Unfortunately, I can’t add it to my Smartthings v2 hub and SmartWings support says this is because the v2 hub is not supported specifically for the Levitate shade, though it’s supported for their other shades. When I scan the SmartStart QR code in the Smarthings app it immediately says “Failed to verify code.” If I try manually entering the code it asks for an 11 or 21 digit code. I tried a ton of different combinations extracted from the QR code value, but no luck.

When I tried adding it by “Scan nearby devices” It added 3 z-wave devices, none of which operated the shade.

I’m no z-wave expert and I wonder if anyone can verify that SmartWings support is correct. What would be special about the Levitate z-wave motor that makes it unsupported on the v2 hub but supported on v3 and other hubs? Is there any way to add it to my hub?

Hmmm, 3 new Z-Wave devices.
In the SmartThings app,
click on each new Z-Wave device in turn,
then click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner (Android anyway),
then click on the ‘Driver’ entry and transcribe what you see into a reply on this topic.

Thank you for responding and sorry for the long delay in replying. This roadblock ended up being the push I needed to switch to Home Assistant so it’s no longer an issue for me.
