Trying to add a zemismart Zwave curtain to smarthings
Smartthings fails to detect it. I can scroll down to add device zemismart then choose blinds and from what I can tell it is trying to add a matter device instead of a zwave device. I get error code 34-302 If instead I choose zwave and generic it starts scanning but finds nothing.
Multiple people reporting errors today, so it could just be that.
ok good to know maybe I will just unplug it for the day and try again tomorrow. I can seem my hub flashing the green light like its trying to find something. Just worried I got a defective zwave motor.
So I got the curtain motor to add. The trick to add was to press the learn button on the motor 3 times within 1.5 seconds. The light will blink rapidly which means it is in pairing mode. But it just says connected I can not control it. I am thinking maybe the incorrect driver is being selected?
I also tried to install mariano’s Zwave windo treatment driver but it doesnt show up as a selectable driver

Yup all zeros. Ill try to remove and repair.
Although there appears to be a bug in the iphone version of the app because removal is impossible with the iphone. If you click remove device nothing happens.
Deleting it via the PC works but adding it back results in the same thing. It is 1 foot from a GE Zwave Switch

I got it to add after a few tries. Had to choose zwave and generic. Then it finally added as a curtain. Although I got a warning about security. I assume because not all of my devices are zwave plus?
