I just replaced a Ring Spotlight Cam Wired with a Spotlight Cam Pro. Before this I had three cameras linked into ST. But after adding the new camera I am unable to add this new camera into Smarting’s with the linked services. Only the other two show up. I have deleted the service and re-added it but it’s still not pulling in the new camera. Interestingly I added the old camera back into Ring and then re-linked the serviced and it pulled the old camera into ST.
Did you check to see if that model is compatible with smartthings I think only like three cameras work with smartthings
