Cannot add Ring Floodlight Cam & Ring Floodlight Wired to ST

I just installed a few Ring devices:

  • Ring Video Doorbell 2
  • Ring Floodlight Cam
  • Ring Floodlight Wired (with Ring Bridge)

They are all added to one Ring account and I can control them all with my Ring app.

However, when I connect my Ring account with ST, it only displays the Doorbell as a Thing that can be added to ST - none of the other devices are listed under “Device List”. This happens in both the SmartThings Connect app as well as the SmartThings Classic app.

Is there a separate process/setting to bring in the other 2 devices?

Double check your model numbers and make sure they match what is on:

If they don’t… they are not supported yet… if they do… contact support.

OK - I see that the Ring Floodlight Cam is the only device that is supported. I will reach out to ST support.

Ring smart lights aren’t supported, so the floodlight wired won’t work. There’s currently an issue with Ring Floodlight cams being added because ring updated to a V2 model that is being flagged as not compatible by SmartThings.

Thanks Jimmy for the info on the Ring Spotlight Cam. All Ring cams work except the New Ring Spotlight Cam Pro which I just added. I unlinked Ring from the app several times, all cams but the new one show up, although does show up on the Ring app. Any suggestions? Thank you.
