Can't add new (or old) zigbee devices

No, it isn’t normal, that would be ACTIVE meaning ONLINE, but it also isn’t unheard of either.

Is back to ACTIVE. I think it was the degradation earlier.

Was able to find (and add) the devices after the degradation yesterday. Don’t know if it was a fix on Samsung’s cloud, or soft-resetting my hub, or just randomly not-working for several days and then working.
