I have an iPhone 11 Pro and a 45R6300AV/US and 45R6300V/AV washer and dryer. I follow all the instructions and I connect to the washer or dryer AP and go back to the SmartThings app. After spinning for a few minutes it gives me the error, “cannot connect to device.” Has anyone experienced this? I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps the app recommends. That would be turning it off and back on, hard reset of smart control, and disabling 5ghz on my WiFi AP.
