Cannot reset SmartThings Hub 2018 v3 (IM6001-V3P22)

@Brad_ST Hub is connecting to Samsung servers accordingly to the evidence below.
So is not a network issue.

Hi Team!!

Anyone with the same issue?

Same issue here. After “leaving smartthings”, I try to reset hub.
Rather than blinking yellow, it is rapidly flickering for 30 seconds before going steady yellow and I release pin. But not reset. Does not go into pairing mode. When I connect ethernet, it tries to connect to Samsung server and to my Hue hub, so still has the old config.
Eventually after “one more attempt”, I finally get the red/green blinking. No idea what was done differently.

Hi everyone, I recently bought a used Smarththings Hub (IM6001-V3P01) and I cant get to reset the Hub.

Front light is permanently light blue/white (cant tell). And when I try to set it up, a message pops into the app “Error code 33-301” followed by "Unable to join network “st-hubv3-004”

Ive already tried to reset, 30sec, power off-on, etc… but still not working.

Hopefully anyone knows what to do in this scenario… thanks !

open a ticket with ST support

report any issues you are having by contacting ST support directly.

if the issue is not being able to reset the hub… I have seen another user report the issue within the past 2 weeks. https://community.smartthings.com/t/cant-reset-smartthing-aeotec-hub-v3/266282

Thanks for the tag, @jkp

Indeed, @eal6553, you need to report this to Customer Support.
We’re only helping those located in countries where is hard to contact them but it isn’t our scope. If you open a ticket, it would be helpful if you shared its number to follow it up and see if they can be related.

Just before contacting them, make sure you’re following the right reset instructions according to your Hub’s model. Please, consult its user manual.
