Cannot log in to iOS app

I have 2 iPhones that cannot log in. I sent invitations and accepted them on their phones. If I click on “I’m a Smartthings User” I get “there was any error.” If I click on “New to Smartthings” the screen goes blank and nothing else happens.

Any suggestions?

Hopefully, you are using the Classic app.

  1. You can start in settings: safari: advanced: website data and searching for both SmartThings and Samsung and deleting any items you find for them.
  2. do you have any content blockers installed that may be blocking?
  3. last resort might be to reset your network settings in settings: general: reset: reset network settings
