Cant login into Smartthings at all on iphone

When I try sign in on smartthings app on iphone, it says to check network connectivity. I got the logs and it contacts samsung servers with my info and then gets some error. I can’t share logs here because it has private information.

The trouble started when I changed the country setting in my samsung account from non-EU to EU.

I was going to say Contact ST support but since you can’t log in to the app, you can’t. Have you tried changing that setting back?

In case others have this problem after changing their country in samsung account settings; I contacted SmartThings support, and the resolution is that I delete my samsung account, and created a new samsung account with same email id.

Rather inconvenient, but it worked.

Edit: Contacting SmartThings support was a challenge. But I got there from UK site of SmartThings. I am in EU.
