Cannot connect Fridge 921A to SmartThings

I’ve been trying to add the fridge for the past few hours.

  1. I’ve reseted the smart things app on my phone
  2. I’ve restarted the router
  3. I’ve restarted the fridge
  4. Yes i am using 2.4ghz
  5. Yes the frigde is seen in the list of connected devices on my router
  6. Yes i have a samsung account linked in the app

I still get the error “cannot connect to your samsung account” 01-001.
What more can i do?

Have you reported this to Customer Support?

Currently, I don’t have access to the page where we could see the error code, but either way, they are the ones who should help solve the issue.
