Not new to Smartthings but have never had to do anything more advance like change drivers.
Have contact manufacture and they have provided a callaway link. I click link, enter logging details and then receive a 403 Forrbidden page error.
What is this? How do I correct?

It would make things easier if you’d also tell us the model.
That’s because the ‘callaway’ links are the subscription URLs that you use once you’ve subscribed to a channel. They should have given you an invitation link where you subscribe.
