Bespoke Washer Dryer Combo bad software update

Brand new bespoke washer dryer combo on very first software update I lost all wash cycles. ie, there is a screen called “more cycles” where you you select what you want it to do and it is blank. I got some functionality back by switching the interface to “digital dial” and I can choose a wash cycle. But I cannot select any options for a wash cycle, and now after a few days the detergent settings are greyed out and the machine says they aren’t being used. I cannot use the app to start a cycle as the button for remote control no longer works, nor do any of the menu options for resetting the machine.

I have already tried a very long power off reset several times without success. I cannot perform a factory reset through the system settings because the option does not work (it is grey and cannot be selected). I believe I will have to have a Samsung tech out yet again just for a software issue. Any thoughts?

If you are referring to items you are viewing from the displays on the appliances and not with the SmartThings app, you may want to contact Samsung Customer Support or post on the Samsung Community forum that has more knowledge on appliances.

Same thing happened to me and my mother-in-law. Had to factory reset (on the machine itself) each machine to get the cycles back. Had to add them back into ST’s as well. Wasn’t very pleased since we just put these in.
