This is starting to get weird. After a month and a half. Our new washer/dryer combo will not work. It has power to the machine but anything “washer” related is unavailable. Has anyone seen this?
And I’m only allowed one photo…
Did you ever get a solution for this? I have a brand new AI washer dryer combo and it developed the same problem after its first software update. Just trying to figure out if this is a dead end trying to get assistance through the smartthings forum.
Good luck. They just replaced my unit. Took a while but they sent a new one and they just had me dispose of the old one.
You may wish to contact Samsung Customer Support or post on the Samsung Community forum where they have more knowledge about appliances.
