This is starting to get weird. After a month and a half. Our new washer/dryer combo will not work. It has power to the machine but anything “washer” related is unavailable. Has anyone seen this? And I’m only allowed one photo… [20241229_001330]

Did you ever get a solution for this? I have a brand new AI washer dryer combo and it developed the same problem after its first software update. Just trying to figure out if this is a dead end trying to get assistance through the smartthings forum.

Good luck. They just replaced my unit. Took a while but they sent a new one and they just had me dispose of the old one.

I would say so. I think this is the number to text Samsung. Possibly slower but less painful than waiting on the phone. (800) 726-7864
