Hi everyone. I had to delete and reinstall a Bali Shade that I’m running through Smart Things when it stopped working. It’s Z-Wave and connected through the Hub. The other ones work fine and are controlled by ST and Alexa. This one stopped going up and down. It’s currently 100% down. I reinstalled it and I can control it by the app only to 1% and 3%. It looks like that I might need the remotes but don’t have them. I don’t remember ever using one in the past. Does anyone have any experience or workarounds here? The shade is definitely linked with ST since I can move it from 1% to 3%. Thoughts?
