Motorized shade disconnecting from network

I have a motorized shade. It is a signature shade from budget blinds. I have It all working in the smartthings app. Has been working great with Alexa for quite some time. All of a sudden about 90% of the time when I ask Alexa to open or close the shade she says it is not responding. Sure enough when I go into the ST app it says it is not connected to the network. However if I use the app to adjust the shade position it easily controls the shade. Even after the app adjusts the shade it still reports it as offline.

Has anyone experienced something like this where the ST app can control a device but still list it as offline?

What brand / model are they? Are they zwave, ZigBee or WiFi?
