I have all of my windows and doors set up with open/close sensors. Sometimes at night I like to sleep with my bedroom window open to allow fresh cool air in. Is it possible to bypass this sensor somehow so I can arm the rest of the house but not that sensor?

Yep, When you setup the “security” section you can select the sensors you want to use for “Arm/Stay” Just deselect that sensor and you will be good to go.

You should still be able to arm the system with that window sensor in open position. I do it all the time.
I’ve found that to be true as well. If I arm the system with the window open it notifies me that it is open but still arms and alarms if other sensors are opened. Thanks
