Arlo unavailable to ST

For some reason my arlo cameras are showing as not available in the ST app but everything is fine in the arlo app , any ideas anyone

EDIT logs are saying that Arlo Cams are not connected and to check battery level and sync but arlo app is all good i’m stumped HELP

Mine also says unavailable, haven’t checked the logs yet. I tried to remove it so I can add it again but it keeps failing at removing it too. In the Arlo app it looks fine.

Im having the exact same issue according to my logs. Arlo App works fine. When I click the Arlo Connect smartapp it does nothing. Has anyone figured this out? I cant even figure out how to remove the Arlo Connect smartapp.

I had this problem a few days ago and I believe it was a hiccup with my internet provider. when the hiccup corrected itself for my computers, Arlo did not couple back up. I pushed the Reset button on my Arlo base station and that worked. But the cameras showed up correctly in Arlo, but Smartthings still showed them as unavailable. One by one I pressed the refresh icon for each camera and slowly the cameras came back up.

Yes, this happened to me, lost my Arlo cameras in SmartThings app, but Arlo app works fine, but they stopped talking to each other, there appears to of been a major system wide glitch. I tried everything, restarting Arlo/ST hub etc etc that only thing was to delete the cameras from Things list, then go into the IDE and delete the Arlo smartapp, then reconnect the cameras from the marketplace, and starting from scratch again with Custom rules and adding them to routines.

Uggh i was afraid of that. I just tried it and that worked. Thank you! I was able to just remove the cameras from smartthings and readd them.

My arlos cannot live stream in st plus i don`t get notifications through st I have rebooted everything for last few days. they say active camera unavailable so its not fixed. The log says its on then off as normal but they are definitely down…

Having the same problems here. I removed one camera from ST to see if I could readd it. Now when I try to reconnect it doesn’t. I’ve tried restarting both ST and Arlo hubs but doesn’t work. As far as I can tell it’s been this way since 1st Oct.

Had an alarm through SHM this morning which usually kicks off the Arlos recording and that doesn’t work either it usally embeds a clip in ST, so it seems like the whole Arlo integration with ST has been broken. I certainly hope this integration gets fixed quickly as most of us have deep integrations with these little devices to improve our security. Cmon please ST sort it!

The Arlo integration is broken again! And it’s been working fine since it started for me. Whoever is messing with it, tell them to put it back as it was!

Okay… I guess the wheels have definitely fallen off the ARLO integration wagon.
For the last 3 weeks, I’ve had nothing but cameras going “unavailable” randomly, and now video’s are sporadic.

          Any updates from ST?

Update - Arlo camera clip generation and live streaming are failing in SmartThings. We are working with Netgear to investigate.

Here’s a new one ST has started to only arm or disarm one of my cameras instead of both but in the ST app shows both disarmed or armed
In Arlo app only one gets armed or disarmed .
This started yesterday morning , i’m in UK
