App problems (Oct 2025)

I hav tried to get the app to work! I won’t let me even log in. I switched internet carriers and now I can’t get my iPhone 15 pro max to work with the app. Have called several times only to be transferred multiple times and or hung up on! So frustrating and annoying. Can anybody help please

Are you able to login to https://my.smartthings.com or https://account.samsung.com in Safari on the iPhone?

what does changing internet carriers mean? did you mean phone carrier or use phone service through a cable company?
