App Just Deleted All of My Devices/Routines

So, just to give an update, Samsung support has proven to be futile. I gave them all logs, access, screenshots, etc. they have asked for and today I get a message basically saying they no longer see them and I get to start from the beginning. Waste of time. Reading through the lines, it is like he wants me to provide a screenshot of all my devices … how am I supposed to do that given their app deleted them all? Time machine to know that I need to screenshot my hub every time Samsung decides to update their software.

So, if I have to start from the beginning and re-add all 45-50+ devices, then redo all routines and scenes, why should I stay? I’m leaning toward just going to something different/better. I honestly see no value in the Smartthings environment any longer and I’ve just gotten so tired of constant tinkering to existing routines, devices, etc. to get them to work every time someone at Samsung updates their software. I know some are going to say this is my fault and I deleted my hub by accident, but I did not. The screenshot above solidifies my resolve as that picture of the hub is not what I deleted.
