I happen to have some pleasant days under my belt, home remembering things I don’t. Funny how success and failure in SmartThings never seem to line up among users.
Go for it, then, if you think it’s worth the effort to lobby the Government to do this. I certainly hope that my taxpayer dollars don’t get wasted on the effort.

Actually… look again. The article never directly refers to, or describes, “SmartThings” except as a source for the image. While this may be a subtle indication of what vendor they consider implicated by the section headline, it’s definitely a softball. Unlike their direct reference to Wink’s problems.
my motion battery sensors died… i have re added one but have spent the last 1.5 hours trying to add more… it just hangs…
my repeater ones were working… but have just died also… not responding at all.
status.smartthings says all clear…
i just want a reliable system. do we need to go to a subscription model to get smartthings more reliable/ I’ll pay 10 bucks a month if it’s reliable!!!
i’ve also had routine issues over the last 2 weeks… you never know if the door will lock
