I have two brand new amazon echo dots connected to my ST hub. occasionally, when I ask Alexa something, she starts replying and then either stops completely or sometimes it’s very choppy. Does anyone else experience this issue? currently my internet connection has times where it is very bad, I am getting my internet upgraded finally to fibre as it has just come to my area. Not sure if internet connection problem can be the cause of this?
My Amazon Tap does this sometimes; I’m pretty sure it is because of WiFi interference or a problem with the extension access point / router.
I think you’ll find improvements with better internet.
But reboot the Dots sometimes just to see. And check the wifi strength around them using your phone.
